in speacker setting (i have 4.1) i must select USE SUBWOOFER OUTPUT???

if your subwoofer only has 2 stereo (rear and front) in then no, there is a crossover in the subwoofer itself

i don't know if my sub have this
I have 4.1 of creative ( http://www.creative.com/products/product.asp?prodid=446 ).....can you tell me if i must select or not it? thanks! |

if there are only 2 input jacks (or 4 RCA connectors) then most likely you do not need to enable subwoofer out (that is only for 5.1+ configurations with a dedicated LFE out)
