Cubase composition messed up when re-opening

Ok all seems workin now perfectly...I did some recording...(guitars against a drum track)

Obviously it was recorded in 48000hz sample rate.

Now, i saved it...then closed cubase...when i re-opened the file...that error message came out again (Cubase still hearing audio from guitar though). And whats worse, the arrangemant i did appears to be all messed up even though the correct sample rate has been selected.

Any ideas why is this happening??
