Help with driver and tv card

After downloading and testing the KX drivers out i dont really wanna go back to the old soundblaster 5.1 drivers for my soundblaster live! 5.1.

The problem i have is that in my TV card program i need to select the sound input as AUX (as in the 4 pin connector on the card itself), but with the KX drivers i dont get given the option for it am i missing something any help would be greatly appreciated

You will find "aux" in the drop down menu on the AC97 page of the mixer.

also don;t forget that in the i/o window you have to unmute and increase the level of the AC-97 fader, and if you wish to record - do the same with in the Record window

Wow thx both of you i was just about to ask about recording as well and got an answer before i asked the question everythings fine know on the tv card side, there one small problem with the sound turning all the way down when loading up the TV card software but thats not to much hassel to sort out.

Is there any sites where i can get a few different skins (i need a more simple one

), theres only a few i can find on the kx site but cant get them to work

hmm currently i don't think there are skins for the latest versions…

have a look at my kX Getting Started Guide and read the "kX mixer" page - that should help you

EDIT: i think i may finally install the software for the TV card just sitting in my PC… i'll do some experimentation to see what i come up with
