totally lost...

hi to everyone!

first of all, i got a CT4832 10k1 card. (its called sblive but it seems so it isnt)

i´m using the kx driver for a long time now, and finally i just want to set it up for proper recording of line-in vocals and soundfontplayback (also recording/bouncing if possible) in fruity loops.

so far i really dont know which module does what.
im totally confused about the way kx works - whats all about that fx bus and fxmix?

at the moment i´m trying to have various kx asio outs go into one physical output, but each with different effect modules.

let me explain it with an example:
i re-initialized the dsp. (blank screen now)

i loaded up a k1lt. selected the proper phys. outputs in it.

now i´ve choosen a fxbus mod. well, erm .... there i can choose which asio to send where.
ok. but where can i choose which asio will have which input???

i connected FXBus out 1/2 to k1lT front in.
in fruity i send for e.g. audio on out 0/1. now i thought when all sliders in FXBus > ASIO kX Out 0 were ZERO there should be no output?
but the sliders have no affect. i can still hear the output from fruity. why???

and how can i mix different kx outs to one phys. output??
i can see only dozens of routing xmix and whatever modules - that´s why i´m totally lost.

i would love to have one config where i could just have some outputs that gave me reverb and chorus (sendfx), could play some internal soudnfont files and easily record the whole stuff...... im just totally confused.....

i know some people will now tell me RTFM, but i read many manuals and guides but still only understand half of them ...

last but not least: sorry, i know my english totally suxx

peate is just really nicepeate is just really nicepeate is just really nicepeate is just really nicepeate is just really nice

Load the Asio plug in and connect the same outputs from FXBus to that.
You can keep the k1 plug in, but for Asio you need the other plug in.

thanks to all for helping.

finally i it works very nice.

is there a way to play more then 2 different soundfonts at once?
i got it managed playing soundfont1 via synth1 and soundfont2 via the second one.
however when i load two soundfonts into one synth, the one on bank0 the other on bank1 - switching works, but i cant really play them together

any ideas?
thanks in advance
