audigy2 zs platium pro line-in recording issues

Hi there,

Audigy2 zs platium pro Running / XP SP1 / KX drivers 3537. (card has an external I/O hub)

Is there a (completely remedial) guide to getting the line-in recording under cubase sx? The dsp router stuff doesn't make too much sense to my vastly underdeveloped brain . I have at some point managed to get the mic to record, but no joy with line-in...sniff

checked the newbie dsp guide and it all seems so clear...thnx...check out my other issue though..not so nice!
