Traktor KX SB1024 Shoutcast

hallo,
i have a very big problem and can't find a solution..
here it is

:

i have a soundblaster pci 1024 player and use the kx driver.
i connected the front and rear output from my soundcart to the line inputs from my external mixer. then, the master from the mixer back into the line in from my soundcard. i would like to use traktor dj studio and my external mixer to mix my songs and would like to stream (with shoutcast) my master output from my mixer.
now i start my winamp 2 with the shoutcast plugin and set the input to line in from my soundcard. but there is no signal there and i can't understand the reason of it... is it possible that any settings from kx must be changed?if i change the settings of ac97 (all on), than there is a very quiet signal, near -75db or something like that). it works with any external loudspeakers from the master output, but not with the line in ...and this is necessary to stream with winamp

connect the mixer to the line in of the soundcard
in the kX Mixer go the the ac97 page, select line in as the record source and unmute it/bring up its level
in the kX DSP, connect the ac97 l and ac97 r on the prolog to the rec l and rec r on the epilog

i have already done this before. but it doensn't matter...
the is a signal from -78db, if i activate the line input in ac97..
but the is these signal if i put my mixer off,too....
