Microphone Problems
Hello,
After installing the KX drivers I can now record using the microphone but am experiencing 2 problems: 1) I am not able to monitor what I am recording in the mic through the speakers/headphones - in other words the speakers are not outputting what's being picked up by the mic. However the sound is recording and can be played back. 2) The input volume of the mic is not changing when I move any of the sliders in the KX mixer I am using a Soundblaster Audigy ES Any help would be great. |

I thought that might do it but still no luck. It appears that changing any fader levels makes no difference to the recording volume! And I still cannot set it up so I can monitor what is being recorded by the Mic. However if I change the AC97 source on the AC97 page to something other than Mic it does stop recording.
Any further help would be appreciated! thanks |
