preset exchage / PHP

hi there

some time ago I've already mentioned my intention to create preset exchange system. however, due to lack of time, I cannot currently develop this system. I would appreciate any help from -skilled- PHP/MySQL developers.

the major part of the project is already invented (there are several draft papers), but no source code still, of course.
