Pissed Right channel green jack problem

Ok, first: this driver is great! Great music!

Mine is SB Live!Value 4.1 --> CT4832.

I use swap front/rear, so my front is connected to black jack.
When I try to use surround, I connect my rear to green jack.

And what a weird!! My rear only left channel! The rear right is silent, no sound at all.

I've tried to disable swap front/rear, and still the right channel which connected to GREEN jack is silent (now it's the front as I disable swap front/rear).

So, it's doesn't matter which speaker, if I plug it to GREEN jack, the right channel become silent... (Analyzer shows that right channel is produced).

Now, I use 3.1 speaker ... hehe, weird and frustating...
I've tried uninstall kX but the kX Mixer still there, and I know it's not good decision to uninstall it however. Using Creative driver I have no problem.

Anybody can help me? I'm a new kX user (1 week, and become fans... ).
Thanks!

Is your right rear connected properly? If so have you connected right channel to output in dsp? try resetting dsp - set windows speaker to 5.1 and in surrounder select 4.1

also if you had creative drivers installed before, make sure you remove them properly - use drivercleaner

Well I didn't touch the DSP from the beginning (it's default). Am I need to tweak/setting it? The only things I've done is setting surrounder (to 4.1) and Win Control Panel to 5.1 surround.

Resetting DSP --> Is it the same with clearing DSP (right click & clear DSP)?

Thanx John!
