KX drivers and Medusa 5.1 Headset Problem

Hello All

Downloaded the 3537 driver and I have the Medusa 5.1 headset.

i have been using Teamspeak and a friend of mine also on teamspeak says that he is hearing alot of sound from my headphones whilst i am using the mic.

I have gone through the stickys and set up the mic accordingly but am having these problems.

Can anybody explain what i need to do to solve this
