??? For dj: still having trouble with midi drums

in an earlier post i mentioned that i wanted to be able to use the general midi drums as well as the soundfonts.

dj stick, u mentioned to use kx's soundfont management...i wasn't sure what u meant so i assumed you meant where you load the soundfonts in.

however i don't understand what i'm meant to do. I know how to load the soundfonts...but how can u use the midi sounds that come with the soundcard??

thanx heaps

There are not any sounds *built in* to the card, like there were with the Awe32 and Awe64 cards. Instead, the "default" soundfont is included in the software bundle, pretty well hidden. Search your Creative driver CD for every *.SF2 file and you should find it. If you can't find it, drop me a line and I'll try to send it to you somehow.
