What Creative stuff can be left?

I have a Audigy 2 ZS and I did install everything that came with the card, I think it's more than 20 programs.

Is there anything I need to keep or can I uninstall everything before installing the kX driver?

In add remove programs it's only 3 progs listed,
Creative CD burner drive uppdate
Creative DVD audio plugin for Audigy series
Creative Mediasource

Is it safe uninstalling all creative stuff before installing the kX driver?

Uninstall everything, and then use Driver Cleaner Pro from this site. Then, install kX.

The Creative uninstallation program was a really bad one, left loads of stuff after uninstallation, so I removed it manually.
Both from program files and app data folders.

Ther is still a lot of strings in registry with creative in it, filters etc, can I leave that?

Well, installd the driver and after some setting up it seems to work ok, exept for my favorite game, Grand Prix Legends.
But i changed the setting in sound properties, sound playback,default device, to "kX wave SB0350 10k2 (bc00) HQ" then the sound was good

Dont know if this setting effect other stuff?

run drivercleaner as mentioned above, it will removed all the CL remnants

Dont use HQ device; it's DirectX support is not fully implemented jet...
Use kX WAVE 0/1 for games...

WaveHQ works fine for basic Directsound, but can cause wierd issues in some games
