ASIO setup in mixer / dsp for line-in recording in App

Can someone give me a routing to get a SB Live! line-in input to route in ASIO to an audio application? I have tried modifying the dsp map and I just can't get anything to come out. The regular driver works great.

That worked great. The doubling of the input signal was the last hurdle, and this addressed it!
