Only English and Chinese languages are preserved in that pack, strings in lang.ini is almost fully translated, and some texts in image files are "translated" too.
Any comments are welcomed.

Actually tools can be used to make Traditional Chinese translation at the same time. However, the fact that many languages in a file (lang.ini) make this work quite tough. If Eugene separates those languages into individual files, the conversion job would be just a piece of cake.
