Kx 3538i and problem with microphone


i must reactivate the microphone at every restart of my pc: so i must load my saved option at every restart!
is a bug of kx driver or my problem?

sometimes the problem reappear
however what is the name of the microphone-output? is kX1 MicIn?

Well - in the DSP (ill assume thats what you meant) - Its called AC97 - it is a mix of ALL or 1 AC97 based input (like LINE, MIC, AUX) The AC97 page in KX mixer decides WHAT to use (drop down menu)

They are FXBuss line(s) - accessible with FXBUSS or PROFX/SRC plugins.

'kX1 / MicIn' is the name in the Windows mixer, but you should be using kX mixer and not the Windows mixer to adjust settings.
