How to set up kX drivers for waveHQ

Hi guys,

can you please help me to set up my kX drivers for waveHQ output ? I already installed HQSP resampling plugin for winamp it is recommended to use waveHQ sound for this plugin but i if i change to waveHQ in winamp or windows i cant hear any sound. So can you tell me pls step by step which things i have to do to make it work?

Sys:
Audigy2
kx driver "h"
DSP is already turned off in 24/96 Router
Win XP
