mic problems
I got my mic to work... not. Ok, I know my mic is working correctly. Problem is... is echoes alot and in plays through my speakers/headphones... I want it so like playing counter-strike it can record my vioce for others to hear with no echoe through their speakers and so i dont have to hear my voice in my own speakers
thnx matty |

Search the forum for the word "Teamspeak" and you will find the info on how to setup kX so that it works as you describe.

Ya, looked around. Nothing is helping at all. So far, I got it so I won't play through my speakers but will still echo... somehow in counter-strike. Like I'll say something, then turn my mic off... and it echoes. lol how the f does that happen...

i.e. You talk, it plays back through their speakers, their mic picks it up and you hear it. Possible solutions: Ask the person to use a headset if possible. Ask the person to not use the "Voice Activation" option, and instead use "Push to Talk". Askl the person to turn thier speakers down, and/or move the mic farther away from the speakers.
