KX and Logic Audio

When i trying to work in Logic Audio 5.5.1 on my PC i often get this message:

"Error while trying to syncronize Audio and MIDI. Sample rate 40798 recognized. Check conflict between Logic Platinum and external device" and everything plays in slow motion.

To remove this problem i simply just open the ASIO control panel in Logic and close it again.
Or it works also if i change the sample rate from 44khz to 48khz and vice verca in Logic.

i use the 3538i drivers and i have an Audigy 2 soundcard.
when i use the 3537 drivers this problem does not occur.

1. Is there any way to fix this problem?

2. And is it possible to use the 20/24 Bit recordning option in Logic with Audigy 2?

thanks..

System Specs

24 bit recording is not possible via ASIO yet

i get that error occasionally, usually when my latency is too low or cpu load is extra high

try increasing your latency, or changing the kernal mode
