Hello!
I am using the kX-Driver with a Soundblaster Live! Platinum, and I want to get the AC3-Signal from DVDs (Dolby or DTS) to my stereo to have it decoded there. Unfortunately it does not work although I have set everything to the right values for AC3-throughput (including the software, I am using PowerDVD for watching DVDs). The cable cannot be responsible for the problem, because I have tried it over two different ways (coaxial and optical). The driver does not report any errors, normal stereo throughput over the same connection works fine. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong? I want to have surround when watching DVDs, and I don't know what to do. ![]() Thanks for any help! Bernhard |
