Question For Maddogg6
Hi Maddogg6:
I think I noticed you mention that you have an audigy 2 ZS. If you do, are you able to record 24/96 in ONAR using the wavehq device as has been mentioned in some other threads? I'm trying to see if SONAR is compatible with the 24 bit format used by kX. |

Ive been looking into this my self so I can give some intellegent input.
I AM able to at least start up without a warning - but in the status bar it reports 96Khz 16 Bit - it depends on HOW the 32 bit data is streamed - I see options of left and right justify - that Im gonna test. right after this post - I came back to see your post on needing to 'pad' the 24 bit to 32 - thus seeing this post... will report back soon |

It works well -
if you Set Driver PCM 32 bit Right-justified Use ONLY KX HQ NOTE: Sonar is weird - it seems to do the re-boot for you after telling you to exit... ITS NOT THE SAME - RE-BOOT. It wont work until you re-boot and GET NO WARNINGS about new audio devices - and wanting to run wave profiler.. |
