sound is crackling

Hello !

I seems with the last version of the driver , sound is crackeling when
i scroll web page , it seems that the problem is linked with video ...

I have two videocards in my PC ( Matrox Millenium & GeForce 2MX )

any ideas ?

probably irq conflict. run msinfo32 (on windows xp/2000) then hardware... -> conflict/sharing
