P16V info pls?

Hey guys can somebody give me some info as to what this module is for in the DSP.. I have looked it over but can't seem to get it. I recently purchased a Audigy 2-upgrade from a SB Live! I just need some info on this..thx for any help..

that does? is for? used when? See I don't understand why it's there and what I would use it for...could you elaborate a bit?

Ok

The P16V plugin is where you will have 'WAVE HQ' playback available in the DSP.

You'll notice that only thr bottom 2 pins are used in default DSP config.
edit: those bottom pins are the FRONT outs.

Now, if you want to use FFDSHOW to decode DD on a DVD for instance - you would use WAVE HQ as the playback device - and connect the top 2 pins for rear channel, the next 2 are C/LFE.. the next 2 pins down from that ?? I have no idea when they get used as Ive never seen a signal present on those pins.

Also

this link is a drawing I JUST made (for another thread) as an update for the KX help file - that seems incomplete for A2's.

Also note - it may have errors in it, so if something in that drawing doesnt make sense, let me know, I'll recheck it and either correct or ellaborate.

Bottom are front when front/rear is swapped. Otherwise the top are front.
