KXMIXER error report on startup

Installstion was complete, but when I tryed to open KXMIXER I was reported about file missing - kxskin.kxs.
"File kxskin.kxs not found or is invalid.
The kX AudioDriver wasn't installed correctly. Please re-run setup"

I looked to folder and find out that this file is present. Reinstalling give the same result!
How can I solve this problem, tell me please?

what version are you running? what card and operating system?

also please try to re-download the installer package, just incase the one you have is corrupted
