rolleyes Strange Error! Any ideas?

Hi there!

Whenever i install the kX Driver (latest) onto my machine (Win XP Pro, SP2, AMD Cpu Update, nvidia4 driver set, AMD Athlon 64 X2, 1GIG RAM, SBLive 5.1 Value) i got two strange errors.

The main problem is whenever i want to initialize ASIO i got:
"Error initializing secondary kx asio buffer" !

Whatīs this? Never got that before on older machines.

Also when i want to test the speakers in the kx window, i got something like "Error creating sound".

This is very weird - can anybody help me? What could cause this problem?

Thanks in advance

Did you have any problems installing the KX drivers?

What version of KX did you install? latest beta is 3538J - latest stable is 3537.

Also, did you uninstall any CL drivers first - Then use Drivercleaner pro to remove all traces of old CL driver?

It would seem maybe theres a conflict with old CLdriver and KX OR you card model is not supported?? Or possibly a conflict with something else on your system.

Post the info found in your KX -Help About screen.
