Ac3 Soundfiles

Hiho, i've been searching in google and other searchmachines fpr ac3 files.. i mean musikfiles like ambiente or bands oder something else, someone knows good sites where i can download them for free ?

Edit: sry, i meant free sites wich are legal, and with bands i mean not popular bands with 50 contracts and copyright on their toothbrush

Well - thats considered pirating (read forum rules..?? - Im no cop or anything, but I like these forums and would hate to see these forums go Bye-Bye over such things) - except for the ones found used for/meant for testing - I have only seen 1 site that offered AC3 files for testing puposes.

Otherwise they are found on DVD's. - Ac3 is a format used for 5.1 Dolby audio on most/many DVD's.

If you do a google on "Bjorn Lynne" you might find a collection of his music in AC3 format that's free.

I checked out his site.
He still offers about an hour of music for free download.

Ah yes - I had one of his early (AWE32) MIDI/SF compositions called 'Blown' - really talented that guy.

AC3 just isnt as popular as some people hope it would be
i just buy DVD audio disks.. if u can find some. online works fine.. but i guess for free u wont find anything remotely popular.. and if u do.. tell me
