Ram Questions

I am thinking about upgrading my ram to two gigs, Would it be better to buy a dual channel kit of 2X 1012 or using my existing 2X 512 sticks and putting in 2 more 512 ? My motherboard has the room for 4 sticks total, (ASUS P4C800DL).

If you intend overclocking it then I would go with 2x1024 rather than 4x512, current opinion suggests that you'll get much tighter timings that way...
