How do you like my system?
Nothing is overclocked yet because I am lost at how to do it. PSU- $83.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16817709004 SATA Drive- $114.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16827131351 IDE Drive- $38.88 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16827152058 2 Gigs RAM- $206.00 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16820145596 CPU- $295 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16819103562 120mm LED Fan- $9.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16811999127 2 80mm LED Fans- $11.98 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16811999125 SATA Hard Drive- $75.00 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16822144415 IDE Hard Drive- $49.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16822152021 LCD Monitor- $269.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16824021019 PCI-E Motherboard- $156.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16813131540 Sound Card- $121.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16829102188 Case- $56.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16811144076 Thermal Compound- $5.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16835100007 CPU Heatsink/Fan- $34.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16835185125 Video Card- $359 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16814150137 Mouse- $36.89 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16826104178 Operating System- $89.95 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16837102059 Total = $2018.60 This is without the mousepad, keyboard, speakers, and wrist pad for keyboard because I already had those items. This is also without Microsoft office or Mcaffe virus scan because I already had those. All of these items were bought from Newegg, t3h bestest in the landz0r! Soon I will be buying AM2 with an AM2 compatible mobo and ddr2 RAM since AM2 will be able to do that. I don't think I will run SLI for awhile, there really is no point for a gamer like me to unless u want to have a big e-penis and be like, hey I got SLI. I really need to clean my wires out so my sexy airflow can be at full sexilicous capacity, but I am a lazy boy. |

Why you bumping?... Fine I'll answer: dangerous.
That's a powerful system you have (compared to mine) and that's a (mostly) no name PSU = danger... |

Yeah the PSU looks a little flaky, but the specs look ok on it.. For instance my Antec 550 watt true control (using a 20 to 24 pin adapter) works fine and the 12v rails are RATED less than the the dual rails on that less known brand PSU.. so if it works, good enough right? I would have gone with a better brand name though.
It looks like a good gaming rig to me. I am not a fan of the monitor though.. but if you like it who cares what other people think. I gotta ask, if you don't mind, how old are you- I am just curious? Quote:
Lets see some benchmarks.

I would seriously reconsider another PSU. OCZ or pc power & cooling... etc

I would say that there is no problem with the psu. It`s even nvidia sli-certified. Nice computer anyway. Keep the PSU! Sunbeam is good brand! No-name psu...bah. NO DANGER. Just play and have fun with the new comp.
. And you can always monitor ur voltages.
