Bla bla bla, the interesting part is the new cooling system at 7 db!!

7db sounds to good to be true, when the "normal" cooling system is at 70db.....but if this can be done, and someone is willing to pay 649€ and not use ANISO or FFSA where radeon 9700 pro is faster, Gainward has created a seller....

It's not a typo, 7dBa is something like 1/25 the noise level of a library room, the heartbeat comparison shows they actually meant 7 dB. That's below the noise floor in any environment.

But how did they do... if it was strictly passive - big heatsink - it would've been noiseless.
