Sad 100 % CPU when my 3com is used

Can someone tell me what I'm doing terrible wrong ? Whenever someone downloads from my PC on LAN over my 3com 3C905B -TX Combo, my CPU is ( almost ) 100 % and I cant do anything anymore.

XP-pro with sp1
P4-1800 / 512 Rimm / GF3-ti500 / 120 GB HD / SB audigy ( someone told me it takes IRQs that the network also shares ? )

UberLord will become famous soon enough

I used to have no end of trouble with that specific 3Com card. Tried the latest drivers?

These days, I use a D-Link 22Mbs wireless card

Change the card from "hardware default" to "auto" in the cards preferences... That should help some.

Also, look for some new drivers.
