nv4_disp.dll BSOD help

i have a 7800gt co on my system for almost 6 months now but recently, i've been getting freezes after gaming for a few minutes and sometimes, BSOD. i can't do anything but to restart when it froze. when the BSOD appears, i saw this nv4_disp.dll error. anybody here know what to do with this prob? causes?

Are you doing any overclocking?

If not, try loosening the Memory latency on your system RAM and see if that helps. (Loosening = using higher numbers.) Also, if your memory is using 1T clock cycle, change it to 2T.

Yeah, his cpu is overclocked.

These errors are exactly what you get when memory is pushed too hard, run memtest or orthos for a day or so, and I'd be willing to bet they'd come up with errors.
