Ultra power supplys
I've had several posters on various forums state that the Ultra PSUs were crap. However, I've read a few reviews on the X2 X-connect line that state otherwise. I'm considering buying a new case that comes with an Ultra x2 550w psu. What do you guys think?
Here's the case http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&Sku=TC3J-2082 And here are some reviews on the psu http://www.viperlair.com/reviews/cas...x2/index.shtml http://www.extrememhz.com/x2connect-p3.shtml http://techgage.com/review.php?id=4353&page=3 http://www.pro-clockers.com/article.php?id=99&page=6 *EDIT - Tigerdirect is not my retailer of choice, but it's one of the only online retailers I can access from cubicle-land here at work. **EDIT - Power supplies...what a dumbass I am.. read: Power SUPPLYS

If possible, get the case without a power supply. Then you can buy a power supply you'll have no doubts about.
Second choice: Get the bundle and another power supply. Sell the Ultra or keep it as a spare. Third choice: Get a power supply tester that really stresses the PSU. I killed the Raidmax PSU that came with my case in 20 minutes that way. Good thing I wasn't planning to use it anyway.
