Help !

ok hi all i'm trying to use my computer properly again and was having trouble getting in to stuff like hotmail so what happended was i phoned up my ISP and they have told me to run it from a proxy server i have done that and it has got me back into hotmail :

thank god but the problem is , is that i can't get into my damn msn messanger i have tried connections on messanger and tried the same as hotmail but no such luck

any ideas guys ???

ok i this is an edit at 16:13 5/3/02 i got it to work with that programme and it has cleared everything else up

Have you tried running trillian? It would allow you to use MSN messenger, and if it is a MSN-messenger-specific problem then it should be cleared up. Also, can you explain in a mite more detail about the proxy?
