System Specs

Temperature meters?

I recently bought the NZXT Lexa case, which came with 3 themperature meters; one for cpu, one for hdd, one for system,
I dont exactly know how to connect them, so i took some papertape and taped them. one on the hdd (just on the metal). one on the cpu ( i dont know where to put it, so i taped it on the side of the cooling unit metal). and one was for the system. it said i could put it somewhere near the rear exhaust fan. so i put it on one of the metal plugins.. (i think its the usb plug in..)

now, i dont know if im getting the right temperatures now.
after being some time on my pc (done some stuff on word/msn/listening music... no big resource sukcing stuff) my cpu:19 hdd:19 sys:18
is this real? does my case cool that good?
when booting my cpu tops at about 28C. but then it quickly drops to just about 20.. and to 19...

does this mean i can overclock the hell out of my cpu, or are these temperature meters better not to believe?
Or did i put them on the wrong place?

EDIT: i already wasnt sure where to put this thread, but ok... you moved it
