Has anyone tried the new 3dMark03?

It won't run on my system, It generates errors and shuts down withing seconds of running

Athlon 1.2
512 MB Ram
80 and 40 GB HD's
GeForce ti4200

Do you have any other problems with 3D apps? Can you try reinstalling? Did it install properly?

Mine only runs the first game test. The score was something like 155.

Win98SE, Athlon 1200.

Creative GB0030 (Geforce2MX DDR - 175/143 - they use SLOW DDR)
DX9 and 42.01 driver

Don't know why I bothered
First test only, can't even software emulate the demo...

2001 - the demo plays nicely, even the "Nature" part even though the test cannot be run - and the 42.01 driver seems to be a LOT faster in that - I suspect that SOME DX8 features are semi-hardware assisted - I recall some suggestion that the T&L engine is used to emulate a more advanced feature.
