or do u know of a better one thats less than 20

I can only go by what others say, too. So, what may be nice and quiet to one person may sound like a B-52 Bomber to another.

That one you posted doesn't do dick all. My friend has one for his 9600XT and with or without it theres a < 1 degree delta.

The specrtum card would be a better bet, pushes WAY more air.
