Nero Help

Im having problems when I try to copy a CD. When I go up tp the recorder button in the menu and Click on Choose recorder the only one I have is Image Recorder Adaper = Virtual Device How do I get rid of this Virtual Device so I can copy from CD player to Cd player

Uninstall Nero - delete the directory - restart - reinstall Nero. If that don't work, uninstall your CD-RW drive from device manager and restart and let Windows re-detect it.

Thanks, I tried all the above with no luck. Then about 30 minutes latter the My Lite On CDR Died so It must have been a problem with the drive itself all along, well off to get a RMA.
