The *other* BSOD

After running anything intense for a while I will get a solid blue sceen and need to reboot. I have tried everything I can think of, reinstalling drivers, checking bios settings, checking windows/driver settings and lowering my overclocking. None of this has solved my problem.
Specs:
win2k
newest omega based on cats 3.1
r9700pro@stock
Abit SE6
sb live 5.1 with newest KX drivers
pIII700@980
512m generic crap brand pc133 cas 2 ram

Acctually I just noticed that my watercooling pump was unplugged as I was typing this so I'm gonna plug it back in and see if that fixes it.
