Need help with E6400 installation
Just install my new PC with a E6400 CPU, got a problem. Since I am planning to
do OC, I bought a ZALMAN CNPS9500, but during the installation, I found that this cooler doesn't really fit the E6400 (on ASUS P5W), for clip is way too curved for both of its ends to be nailed on the support. so I found some longer screwer, with which I can fix the fan now, but I am not sure how much force should I apply on , too tight---I am worried about damaging CPU, too loose----overheating. So wired, I have heard some people OCed there E6?00 with this cooling fan, why it doesn't work for me ? Did do something wrong ? I would really appreciate any help from you guys. |

there are several different Zalman CNPS9500 models... AT / LED / AM2...
the AT and LED models should be installed fine on your board? Zalman CNPS9500 AT and Core 2? http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=75325 |
