Setting up raid

Can I make these two HDD to run in raidmode? And if can pls tell me how to do it.
Seagate 7200.7 120Gb SATA1
Seagate 7200.9 160Gb SATA2

If you want them to run in RAID1 or RAID 0... the whole array is bottlenecked by the slower and smaller drive.

So you could have a 240GB (2x 120GB) RAID0 or RAID1 array that performs like a 7200.7.

Your motherboard manual will tell you how (if it supports RAID) to RAID the drives
