Computer wont boot

Hello. For about 4 days ago my computer started to act weird.
Up till now my computer have worked fine but suddently it wont start.

I resently installed a new soundcard (Soundblaster XFi XtremeMusic).
(for about a ½ month ago). I decided to flash my Radeon a few days ago.
(latest correct bios for the card must be okay right?)..

the first oddities started after playing games. It looked like my computer entered
hibernation state. The computer was running. But no output on the monitor.

The next day it started to happened even more. At first i thought it was my new
radeon bios but the same thing happened when i flashed it back to the original bios.

Later i tried to remove the soundcard. And tried to run on the built in soundcard.(if its a psu problem?). It seemed to work.. but the next time i tried to start my computer it wouldnt start at all
.
Is this a Psu issue? or what..?

Does your motherboard have the latest BIOS and chipset control? Looks like an XFi conflict

yes its the latest bios.. and chipset control means = drivers right?.. got the latest nware drivers from nforcehq.com .. and I got the latest drivers for the soundcard aswell.
Perhaps it was the xfi card.. the weird thing is that worked fine before and now suddenly it started acting weird. First.. it happend just after playing games.. now I cant start my computer at all. I have tried the following things:

I have:
Removed both memorys AND tried one at a time
Removed SATA-hd/DVDRW-drive connectors and power-cables
Removed GPU (and replaced it with another card)
Checked if the PSU works (it does)
Checked if the CPU is toasted(its not)
Checked if the PWR_ON cable is loose. (from the chassi to the motherboard) (its not)

Symptoms before everything went bad:
- Computer Hibernatelike behavior at random times (for example after playing a game)
- One day later, same thing happend but around 10 seconds after entering the bios.
- And the day after that, it wont even boot.

i think my mobo is toasted... is it because of my soundcard? Weak PSU ? got any ideas?..

Whoops yes it does mean drivers

Did you try removing the sound card? If you take EVERYTHING but the CPU out and try and boot it, do you get beeps? If not... its fried

If the bios is hosed flashing it back may not help. My dead 9500 pro is proof of this.
It didn't like the flashed bios so I flashed it back it ran well for a few weeks then died.

Remove the CMOS battery, wait for 1-2 min. Place it again, start your pc. Don't have anything but the graphics card installed from cards.

Don't forget to cut power to the PC completely (PSU or even from the mains) before playing with the motherboard, also ground yourself).
