my only way to boot up is reinstall

that is what i have to do because my computer keeps on looping when it trys to boot up the only way i can get into the system is install fresh copy of windows which doens't really fix the problem just lets me use my computer till i turn it off.

soo this is what happened:

my computer had been working very slowly with the internet, and when i restart the computer it keeps going into the safe mode, normal mode option screen and just keep restarting when i click one of the options. do i have a virus or spyware or is my hard drive on it's last legs? I've already formatted the computer and still the same thing.

Also if i install something and it prompts to restart i'm fine, but when i go hit restart it just keeps on looping. And while i'm in now the computer is dog slow ont he net, it's not my connection because even stuff that should be cached is displying really slow. (now i fixed that problem with the slow net by cloning my mac addy on my router)

I've refomatted, memtest, and reflashed the bios and still not working. any idea??

Do you have the Intel 865PE Chipset drivers installed?

They can be downloaded

http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scri...?ProductID=816

If you are using RAID those drivers can be found

http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scri...?ProductID=961
