Logitech MX1000 V MX Revolution

Ok after reading some of the revolution mouse reviews,even though most give some great reviews and praise i'm looking to see if any one can give some personal feedback if possible.

Im considering the Logitech® MX™ Revolution mouse,My current mouse im using now is the mx 1000 laser mouse which i find is very comfortable.but unfortunately the battery is now starting to play up and it also looses it's charge extremely quick,which can be very annoying on a gaming session.

With the Revolution costing around £70 in the uk this is something i'd like to now before hand.

Any advice is appreciated.

I also owned a mx1000 and want to know the answer too, particularly in terms of gaming so I'll give you a bump.

I think both mx1000 and revolution uses the same laser. if that's the case, then the main difference with uberoptions installed, would be comfort and the new scroll wheel.
