Leadtek's Cooler
Continuing in the tradition of absurdly large GPU coolers, Leadtek's A300 TD (GeForceFX 5800)... well, speaks for itself.

Freedom is a feature.

Imagine if someone took the card out and sold you only the cooler - it would be hardly noticeable

Looks like a boombox
As I understand things, the fan on the left is for intake and the one of the right is for exhaust

I agree, much better than the OEM noismaker- and if you wanted to get creative, you could route tubes from the intake and exhaust of the leadtek cooler to the outside of your case and get fresh are in and hot air out of your case. It would work better than the OEM cooler becuase of the size of the hoses you would use would be able to carry much more air. I like it.

I'm just curious how much it would heat up your case?

Seriously, what's wrong with it?
It'll direct the air-flow, the card is nice and protectively encased...I really do think it's a pretty bright idea.
