which is better dual core cpu

is looking at both and asked me ,so posting here
amd 64 opteron 165 dual core [1.8]
amd 64 x2 4400+ [2.2]

I already have a x2 4400+ myself,was looking for friend,in end ,went with x2 4400+ as good overall

I found a 165 for 223 bucks while the 4400 costs around 400 I'm torn between the two but honestly that 165 had got to be better once overclocked. Same cache but hundreds less?!

alot of online sites selling them off
got a 4400+ for friend for 170 euros delivered from one place and got the 165 from different site for 155 euros
so depends
check out ebay for power sellers,you can get lucky

Does the Opty have unlocked multipliers like the FX cpus
