Modify & Upgrade PC Case

Hello everyone,
This is my first time here and I need some advice please.. I picked up a Dell XPS400 at an Estate Sale for $50.00.. I would like to change and upgrade the PC Case first then the Video Card, ect.. I see it needs to be or follow ATX Specs from all I have found.. Will the current Motherboard Work in a new ATX Based Case ?? These are the following Specs I could find:

**Mainboard**

Manufacturer: Dell
Model: OFJO30
Chipset: Intel ~ i945P
Southbridge: Intel ~ 82801 GB (1CH7)
Dell Bios: A06

**CPU**

Intel Pentium 4 -540
Prescott
Socket 775 LGA
3.20 GHz

**Memory**

OCZ Gold
PC2-4200
DDR2
533Mhz
CL: 3-3-3-12
2 GB (2x1024)
240 Pin DIMM
Dual Channel

Any and all Info, Recomendations and Advice would be Much Appriciated.. Thank you all, Lathorian

If its a Dell the only thing you can salvage are the hard drive, RAM, and CPU. Most everything else is proprietary and it doesn't look like its got a video card in it (integrated video) so you may just wanna scrap the case, PSU and mobo because of the proprietary parts
