Getting dusty inside, need ta clean.

I haven't cleaned my comp since I got it back in september. It is quite dusty inside, but I'm not sure what I should use to clean it out, I know about thermal paste n all, but I don't know what's best to use to clean all the dust off the hardware, like my gfx card n mobo, etc. Is it safe to use compressed air? or is there some special product? Thx for ne advice.

Don't know if it's safe or not but i've been using compressed air for many years. As long as you don't hold down the trigger for 30 seconds straight, it should be ok.
I use it in combination with a vacuum. Hold the nozzle about 1 foot from the side of the case, then a short burst of air, let the vacuum suck up all the particles flying around and then repeat. I even shine a flashlight so you can see the particles of dust better.

Compressed air is fine... nothing wrong with that, as long as its used properly.

Great idea, but I kinda like the snowflake effect from the dust - and the cat likes the really big dust bunnies
