hey guys, been a looooong while since i got on here b/c its been a while since ive tried to even use my rig. now that i am, im having shittastic problems.

ok so the pc sat for like 2 months with no use, and i had cut it off after like 2 weeks of leaving the house, i was in the process of staying out of town and waiting to find a solid place to live. anyways enough with that-back to the point.

well i get here and get it plugged up and it will fire up but nothing comes to the monitor. cant think of what could be wrong so i call abspc tech support and they get it running but pulling the battery and letting all charge leave the mobo. the im getting errors like cpu fan failure, no ide drive failure, and i get in bios and both the power fan and cpu fan are running low rpms. so by the advice of tech support i get another fan for the cpu. well obviously this didnt fix the power fan but it did fix the cpu fan.

so i get an overclocking failed error next time, the psu fan is still low, and the computer wont boot. it gets to windows loading, has these white bars on the loading bar, just general distortion, and then the display goes out and the computer, after a few minutes, tries to restart itself. so i go get another psu cause i cant think of anything else, and now im back to square one. the monitor is not getting a signal, but everything is getting power (or so it seems). setup is as follows:

the only difference is now i have the Antec 550watt Neo HE psu. thanks for any input available.
