a8n-sli deluxe mobo geforce 7600 gt xxx edition linksys wireless g wit spdbstr 2x ultra 512mb pc3200 ultra x-finity 600watt ps hp dvd with lightscribe and duallayer cd-rw burner 200gb hdd seagate? too lazy to look lol well i was having video trouble while playing dawn of war, graphics smearing across the screen, and so i thought i would jsut pull the card out and put it back in, did that, then thought maybe the nvidia nforce sli chips heatsink-fan could use more thermal grease, pulled it off, and turned the comp on without it twice, both times it got to windows xp then shutoff(i was testing a fan for it just didnt have it on the chip). then i put arctic silver thermal paste on it and applied the heatink-fan and now it wont boot, no video, keyboard not turning on, pllllz help ive tried removing all pci cards, and left just vid, unplugged the mobo from psu, unplugged ide cables from the drives and hdd unplugged audio connectors and usb connectors, this is most pertubatory!!

I bet some thing is being bridged on the chipset. Try removing the TIM you added to it w/ some thing that is non-conductive. I know it's technically not supposed to be but it seems this type of issue crops up w/ AS on chipsets.
