disc in cdr drive

hi I need some help,I put a softweare disc in the dvdr to load a icam ,the computor froze ,in the middle of instaing ,how do I retreve it,tried rebooting,no look

System Specs

You can't eject the disc even after you rebooted the computer? I have never seen this before... Try to turn the computer off (including the PSU) and then on again. The diode on the drive should blink a few times (meaning it is alive at least) after you turn on the computer. The drive should be completely reset after this and you should be able to eject the disc.

Report back if this doesn't help

Is there a real small hole at the bottom of the front panel on the drive? If so, insert a tiny screwdriver, hairgrip or something into the hole to release the mechanism. (but don't force or could cause damage)
