Computer not starting!?! Please help!!

I'm having a problem starting up my computer, i came home from school, fired it up only to hear BEEEEEEEEEEEP......BEEEEEEEEEEEEP...ect coming from my mobo speaker

this wasnt the first time it happened so i took my tower out and rearranged the cords and made sure everything was properly plugged in. turned it on...success!! but nope, froze up on the mobo opening screen where it says "Press delete to enter setup." i restarted it and the BEEP came back.... i've tried everything i can think of, i cant seem to figure it out. There's no display on the screen either.

i know the rearranging cords to fix it sounds weird but it fixed it the last time...please help!!

try resetting the CMOS dude....... check that your drive cables are secured and in good condition (no breaks or anything)
